What is the part number for the 1/4" cable rack as seen on Larry's
Cable Tree? How many cables fit in each slot, and are there any
alternatives you guys would recommend?

5 or 6 cables to a slot depending on barrel size. 6 Stooge cables will fit
to completely fill each slot.
