Re: expression pedal for Matrix 6

2010-11-08 by tacitron

I can second "steinbergerstyler" from my experience over the weekend.

I noticed my sequencer was receiving Volume Control messages with a value of 0, coming from the Matrix 6 (keyboard) -- with nothing plugged in to pedal input #1. I plugged in my Roland EV-5 and found it could only muster values of 0 through 9.

I like this idea of adding some potency to the pedal output but I'm afraid I haven't got it in me to break out a soldering iron and work some kind of electronics wizardry. Will be looking for recommendations of pedals.
