OBERHEIM SYNTH

Hi All,

Now that I have mapped out the SysEx commands things are moving rite along at this point 
and the first bits of the patch editor program should be ready for testing soon. 

Basically the first test will be a very small program to adjust only one parameter. Step two will 
be to expand that function to all the parameters.
