Have you looked at the KiwiTechnics patch editor? Worth the $ if you have other synths it can control. I am currently using it to control my MKS70, MKS50, K3M, DSS-1, EX8000, and SCI MultiTrak (with Bob Grieb's updated OS). Not only is it highly versatile, but it's also very intuitive and built like a tank.

Yes, +1 for the source of those hardware controllers. I'm having a heap of fun generating random patches with MQ, but a reasonably priced dedicated controller that works more or less straight outta the box, to tweak these patches would be unbelievable (I do have a BCR, but found it a headache to set-up)!
