I just sent you an email. I can usually find parts for the 80's gear. I also have a lot of parts here for these vintage units. It's amazing what is available using Ebay and a few other sites. 

If reverse voltage made it to the eprom, RAM, or CPU it very well could have fried them. It depends on if the voltage regulator shorted or failed open. Together hopefully we can figure it out....
