Are you sure you have the memory protect switch in the correct position ?
If it was sticky- not making (or breaking) contact, then this could cause the problem.

Try moving it back and forth about 30 times, to see if it cleans the contacts.

After you send the sys ex, nothing appears to have changed.... UNTIL
you change the patch and you will find that the new info is there!

I am not sure if you can send individual patches but maybe you can. I
have always done that with the tape.
