Reliability of the Perf/X units

As an upcoming user of these boxes, I was wondering how bad the situation actually is w.r.t. reliability. Are they all gonna fail someday-too-soon, but is it just not know when ? Or are many reported problems actually a matter of performing a reset ? Thanks!
