OBERHEIM SYNTH

I know that the Viscount made Oberheim products (and some of the 
Gibson too) are probably taboo here, but I am having a Hell of a time 
trying to find the User's/Owner's Manual for the MC-3000.  Any ideas 
where to find one (hopefully a free .pdf scan, but you know where to 
buy one let me know).

Just so you know, I own two of the black-face Matrix-1000s and owned a 
DMX for a while until it went missing (don't lend instruments to your 
siblings, they may sell them on you!), so I'm not a heretic.  I love 
the sound of the OBs, Matrixes, and the Xpander, and loved my DMX.  
It's just the MC-3000 is a nice controller, and I may have a friend of 
a friend talked in to selling me his, but with no manual.

Have you tried to mail viscount and ask them for a pdf-copy ? I did, 
and they sent me a copy of a MC-1000/88 manual after a while...

Thank you for the suggestion and sorry it took so long to reply with 
me gratitude.
  
I did contact Viscount shortly after I read your message, and 
haven't heard back from them.
  
I did receive a pdf-copy of the manual recently from a very nice 
person in Sweden that answered an e-mail the I sent to his website.  
It is nice to know that there are people out there willing to help; 
even with something as mundane as this.
