OB Matrix 1000 Questions

I have a Matrix 1000, black face. I'm having a problem where the notes above C4 are louder than the rest, and seem to have what sounds like a low-volume square wave going too. This only occurs on some patches. Has anyone seen this before? Any suggestions? Any help is appreciated. Josh
