You could carefully swap the socketed chips in voices 5 and 6 and see if the problem goes to 5. My default answer is that the problem is still on the 367. On

I had a similar problem, also on voices 5 and 6. I thought maybe it was a problem with IC38 or C55, C56 or something in that area since the problem got worse

Well, a nice easy one to try would be a swap the EG chip (IC34) from a working voice and then the filter chip from (IC34) to see if the voice quality improves.

One of my copies of the Polysix service manual has some handwritten notes in that section that says to adjust Cutoff on the front panel when checking CN05-7
