You don't need to unscrew the silver/steel screws, I believe those
hold the PCB's in place.
As well, the screws under the floppy drive can stay.

Sometimes some wiggling is required when lifting the top open as the
housing around the floppy can `catch` & make it a bit tricky.

If you still arent sure you can try loosening some of the under side
screws while lifting the top panel, you will feel it start to open up
a bit or 'give' a little when you loosen the right screws.

If you mess up & removed the screws holding the PCB's you will
probably cause the spacers to come free & float around, no big deal as
you can center it all back in place.

I just disassembled my P2K last nite!
Embarking on an ambitious new project!
