If you're looking for compatible floppy drives, I found that an "older style" high density drive (a Sony model) (small pin power connectors - compatible with the prophet power connector)worked just fine in my prophet (after a bit of random jumper-fiddling) and the prophet drive controller would format both high and low density disks through it - but you have to tape over the window opposite the write protect slider at the bottom of the disk to fool the drive into believing the HD disk is a single-density disk or it won't recognize it for read/write purposes (it doesn't matter if you have taped over this before or after you format the floppy, however, for some reason)- you don't need to find rare low-density disks, which is just as well...
