As the moderator I'll step in and say this: I've allowed the recent
messages critical of Grant/Wiard to pass through because I want to
avoid censoring the list, and those messages were more or less on
topic (or rather, they weren't significantly off topic in the sense
that they were about Wiard. But now I feel I should point out that
this forum is intended to be a place for Wiard owners and enthusiasts
to share information and ideas. It's not intended to be a complaint
forum. Wiard and every other synth maker (other than Brice, perhaps)
has channels for that type of customer issue.

So starting now I'm going to suppress messages that deal exclusively
with customer service issues that would be more appropriately
channeled to Grant directly. In other words: starting now if your
message is something that ought to be a conversation between you and
Grant about a delivery or service issue, it will be (politely)
rejected. If you have any questions, please contact me off-list.
