I think they all do this, and it has to do with the complexity of the pattern you're on is my guess. When you hit stop twice, you're basically "reloading" the current pattern, which can be a lot of data. On my contest track from two years ago (which was very complex), I would actually see the word "Stop" flicker too. As long as the sound is consistant, it shouldn't matter if the display does this. rEalm Display flicker: I've got version 2.0 (px-7). What this is doing is "redrawing", if that's the right term, the screen two or three times rapidly when I press the Stop button. I've had the px-7 for a few months now and it didn't do this when I first got it. What is really odd is that it does it on the first Factory Pattern, "Rock This" but not on the second, "Falling Leaves". Some patterns seem to do this and others don't.
