Well, I pulled it apart and checked all the ribbon cables and they 
were fine. I cleaned the contacts on the ROM with isopropyl alcohol 
and reseated it.

But still no joy! :(

I lodged a case with EMU but I don't hold too much hope there. 
Anybody got any more ideas?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
