Composer is a nice bread and butter ROM because it has 1024 presets instead of the usual 512 and you can also use the Proteus 2500 (Pop Collection) presets

Patches are usually either in System Exclusive format (.syx), or as in this particular case a System Exclusive MIDI dump saved in a MIDI sequence (.mid).
