Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Greetings,
I really need your help.  While I'm sure it's a setting I have wrong, 
when I try to transmit arps into Sonar it just makes a horrible 
buzzing sound--as if it gets the first note right and scrambles the 
rest.  I'm not a stranger to synths, but this has me puzzled.
Any ideas?

Turn off MIDI thru or Echo off in Sonar.  It's echoing notes back to
the XL-7 causing more arps to sound etc...
