Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

I was at Sam Ash in NYC today talking to a salesperson, he said they didn't have stock 
anymore and were not restocking...he interpreted it as a bad sign...

Yet I go to zzounds.com and see that they are expecting a pure phatt rom shipment in 
on 1/15 (I believe that was the date)

I don't want to be a gossiper, but I was wondering what everyone else thought?  I just 
ordered a px-7 last week and I'm a little worried now...

I think I read in this list somewhere about someone talking to a salesman about new 
products coming out this winter...

Dude.  I just received my px-7 last week and it's a monster of a machine!  Great pads, the best sounds, and crazy knobs to tweak out the sounds.  I don't think that E-mu would stop sellimg this machine that quickly............
                Good luck with the px-7, it'st lost of fun.

Yeah, I just ordered the x-lead v2 rom, and i didn't even get the px-7  
in the mail yet (it's coming tomorrow :))

I played with it in the store...oh man...

i can't wait.

Well, I don't know what to think. I want the World ROM and EMU 
dosen't have it listed on the website. When I emailed EMU about it, 
I was told that they weren't getting any more in.

So what does that mean?

Or just keep checking my website - I've been slowly ripping sounds 
off of the ROMs to use in software samplers alongside my XL-7 (sounds 
redundant, but it works beautifully) and I've been posting a set or 
two at a time.
