Sonar Instrument Definition

2004-11-14 by Matt Picone

Hello

I want to find or make a Sonar Instrument definition file for my PX-7 with
the Protean, World, Vintage, and Beat Garden ROMs. Has anyone here done one?
Is there one online somewhere?

Look in the files section of this group, there is a master.ins file
for everything but the PX-7 that you can easily modify to use with Sonar.

Hmmm. I'm just not seeing it. I found one small XL-7 ins file.

If its not here, check out the P2K Yahoo group. Eric von Bayer
posted his Cakewalk-E-Mu ROM master compilation there. I seem to
recall posting it here (with Eric's permission), but may have
deleted it a few months ago because space was getting tight.

I reposed p2k_all.ins here. It should have all the ROMS except the
protean drums. Perhaps someone else can upload those here if they
haven't done so already.

Hope this helps. Sorry it wasn't there when you first needed it.

Re: Sonar Instrument Definition: Protean Drums

2004-11-14 by steve_the_composer

PS: Evidently someone posted the Protean Drums ins file in the p2k
group in October. It says courtesy of lb media and since all ins
files (Cakewalk/Sonat) I have seen are distributed freely (ie, not
copyrighted/no charge), I will repost here.

Hope this helps.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
