Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Hello again,

Last night I hooked up my XL-7 to my Yamaha DJX keyboard, just to see what 
the results would be. If I hit the start button and used a Factory Pattern on the 
XL-7, the DJX would start playing that pattern, but using it's own internal 
sounds. So far so good. Then, I tried to change the presets of the DJX using 
the XL-7. I chose track #1 of the Factory Pattern and changed it's preset on the 
XL-7 - but it didn't change the sound on the DJX at all. How do I change the 
presets on another MIDI device using the XL-7?

Also, when I loaded up one of my User Patterns on the XL-7 and hit start - 
nothing happened. It didn't even start the DJX in any way. It only worked with 
the Factory Patterns. What am I doing wrong here?
