FX

All righty, back on the FX subject again. I've almost totally given up on bothering to use them. Essientially what I'm noticing is that the Command Station seems to work FX under "one for all and all for one" type conditions. That is to say I can run effects under a global master heading, but from what I've been able to work out, I then lose control of being able to designate how much a given track is to be effected by the given master FX(s). The work around to this that I've noticed seems to be to run FX under a specific channel/track, the only problem with this is that every time I try to do so all other tracks are effected in the same way that the sinlge track I want effected is.
Is there any way to assign a given effect to FXA, a given effect to FXB and then designate on a individual basis how much each track should be sending to FXA and/or FXB?
Respects,
