Protozoa or essential other ROM's

greetings, all. i'm a new member (and owner of an XL-7) and have already found this forum very helpful. i'm considering a couple of expansion ROM's and an looking for other member's opinions. i've read a lot already on this forum about both Beat Garden (which i'll probably get) and World Expedition. any other ROM's that others consider to be essential? i do techno and ambient music. and what about the Protozoa ROM - $100 from Emu right now! does a sound set as old as this still have useful patches? if you haven't already, call Emu this month. they're having a great sale on stuff bought direct. thanks
