Thanks, Andy.  I usually get the Texas Instruments stuff too. Im just never  
sure which numbers mean anything.  Also,  you forgot one.  Do you know what  
a TI replacement on Digikeys site would be for the 4050?

It is not stupidity to blame. You are looking for a manufacturer part  
number which doesn't exist anymore, thus the inability to find it on  
Digikey's site.

The 4558DV is a 4558 op amp. There is a plethora of people making  
these. I use TI chips for replacing those JRC ones found in tonnes of  
vintage Japanese electronics. Digikey PN 296-1414-5-ND

4069UBE is the modern part number for the 4069p inverter. Digikey PN#  
296-3518-5-ND
