Yamaha CS80

Max,

Unless they are not functioning properly i wouldn't try and replace  
them. In any case, i have not come across a suitable part in two years  
of casual searching. Sensitronics in the USA might be able to make  
them - but they would be expensive and a substantial custom order  
would be required.
