I think that mine is bad on CHII Voice 8. It ramps up, sustains at full blast until I let go of the Key, then ramps down.... I think. It's really hard to tell. If I remember correctly, I am getting 4V DC at at TP1 - I can check again later today. Trig is functioning normally and voice I is functioning normally.

That's the filter envelope chip. I had one go a while back, go to panel, set your resonance and filter so the envelope has max effect and play with the filter ADR settings.
