Thanks Bob;

         I have tried DigiKey and Newark but they don't carry the 3 Volt parts.
I did think of using a 5V part for the prototype, but I am using a memory 
that is only
available in 3V so the power rail has to be 3 volt. Also, I have used the 
5V '332
a lot but I not the 3V. There are some value changes in the oscillator 
circuit that I
must try out.
