Yes, but for a Student ist a little expensive, if you see the little 
logic function the GAL has to do, perhaps someone has at least the 
pinout with the signals on the Parallel-Port-Side of the P&E Micro 
Interface for CPU32, so i can adapt my homemade PD-BDM-Interface on 
Parallelportcable?  (I am not complete shure the Motorola IDC 
compatible BDM cable ist complete equal (on parallel port side) to the 
P&E ?!? )

Yes, I see but there is only the discription Motorola IDC compatible 
BDM cable, does it work with Codewarrior for 68k and my QUICC Board 
from Motorola?
