If your battery died you would lose all of the patches that are stored internally. Batteries will usually last a lot longer then a couple of years. later dude.

You can only assign a certain number of controllers to regular cc numbers. Most, except the ribbon and the wheels, are NRPN s. Go in to global. You will see
