Hello: Let me introdduce myself as the "new guy". I'm Darrell, and I just joined the group. I bought an old Casio CZ-230s on eBay for nostalgia purposes, the last time I had and used this keyboard, I was 12 years old. Let's just say that the memories and countless hours in front of it felt just the same as they did 16 years ago. :-) My point is this: a couple of the sounds that I really dug, and thought basically were "the shit" were in banks 96-99 (that 99 sweep kicks ass), but the CZ that I got had those 4 erased. I've since come to find out that those 4 patches can be edited/modified, and in my case, erased. :-( 99 was the primary f*cking reason that I got the damn thing, and for this sound to be gone, takes a good amount away from my enjoyment, though I still cherish it well. Is there any way to restore these 4 patches, either by way of a reinit (hold 7 buttons down while turning on and standing on head), or does someone have a backup of their 95-99 in the required format. Any help would be appreciated, email me at dfulwilder@......there, I'm done babbling now. :-) Take care! Darrell Fulwilder dfulwilder@...
