yes, i tried sysex transfer with cakewalk too and it worked for me to
send patches to the vz. I would try out midi-ox anyway, since it´s
free (for non commercial use) and i find it also very easy and useful
for other gear. 

Indeed, it would be cool when others upload some more patches here..
If i remember we have a patchbank project going on ;) I will maybe
upload some more stuff in a few weeks. Just got a ram-card from ebay,
which was pretty cheap - so i have patch-memory to fill soon ...
