Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

About an hour ago I posted a message in the wind controller group on 
the emulation issue with special attention to how I have used the 
Casio DH-100 and the ART X-15 foot controller.  I followed that up in 
a separate post with some comments on DHBaily's non-responsiveness to 
your request for info. (That dude was way off base in my opinion.)

Unfortunately, I did not save copies of the posts, and as of a few 
minutes ago, neither of my posts were there. (I hope they weren't 
censored.) My earlier post specifically about the VZ is still there. I 
will repost it here.
