Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

I have a cz-1 and the loveable tx-416 (dx7 rack)

To layer these two together...give or take, do I
have basically the sound of the VZ line.

I love layering them together but I'm wondering
if the VZ would give me any *real* difference?
