The VZ neither sounds like a CZ nor like a DX synthesizer, it's comparable with 
the difference between subtractive synths...
Copared to the DX the VZ sounds less glassy and punchy but "richer" and rather 
digital...

Btw. your question about the D50, I got the D-550 two days ago and it sounds 
rather open and punchy compared MT32 and D110...
