According to the manual the MIDI-Out of the Axiom can be used from the computer as well, so sysex dumps shouldn't be a problem... Realtime manipulation of the CZ sounds won't work well, even so the Axiom can sent sysex (probably smalle strings only), since the CZ always needs to receive a complete patch for a parameter change, what will reduce speed tremendously...
