A few months back, Guitar Centers had e-magic's MT-4 usb midi
interface (2 in 4 out) on a blow out for $30.00.

If your computer doesn't have a joystick port, you can pick up a
sound card with a joystick port fairly cheaply.

Read the manual. Does the controller have a midi in connection? If
not, you will not be able to use the controller to route sysex
>>from<< the CZ >>into<< the computer via usb.

If the controller will merge midi data >>including system exclusive
data<< from the computer together with its own midi data and send it
out to the CZ (and any other gear you have daisy chained), you
should be able to send sysex patches >>from<< the computer to the CZ
via the usb-->controller.

As summa pointed out, you cannot really manipulate CZ voices on the
fly. To change the sound, you would need to send a complete patch.

Hope this helps.
