Hey Mark, You can send the jpg's to me and I'll make a PDF or you can make it yourself by getting a PDF maker. There are several places for free the best one being: http://www.pdfforge.org This is a free Sourceforge download and it works well for crunching the file size to a manageable level. Scan them using a grayscale setting so the grayed out areas come out readable. You may have to play around to get it just right. Don't save them in color they're too big. You want around 100Kb to 200Kb per page. If it's a pain to scan it Kinko's does it here in the U.S. but I'm not sure how much. Thanks for offering!
