Hi

If you use a Mac with OS X, try Sounddiver from Apple / Emagic. It's found at

http://download.info.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/emagic/Legacy_SW/OS X SW/

I guess, there is an VZ-Adaption, where you could probabely read out  
the SysEx Strings.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
