The thing with the CZ-1´s velocity sensivility is not just volume control, but pitch and especially timbre control. That makes is it, by far, the most usefull and versatile CZ of all. Imagine having realtime control of the pitch of one of the oscillators when using ring or noise modulation. Or doing analogue type sequences with different DCW levels on each note... And volume control is useful sometimes. My Jupiter-6 took another dimention when I installed the Europa upgrade and was able to control filter cutoff (or any other parameter) with velocity...
