Sorry to say so obvious thing but are you sure there are some data in  
banks A and B? I write this because I had similar problem with  
CZ3000. There's backup battery in my machine, but after some longer  
time when it's not used its internal memory is erased...

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
