Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

Yes, there is data. I can press A1 and sees BRASS ENS.1 and it plays through
the AMP.

Sorry to say so obvious thing but are you sure there are some data in 
banks A and B? I write this because I had similar problem with 
CZ3000. There's backup battery in my machine, but after some longer 
time when it's not used its internal memory is erased...
