none of that is normal. my cz101 worked fine with the 
ra3 and i could access all patches, no automatic power
off. friend had same, no problem either.
maybe you have a contact problem in your machine, some 
dirt/oxidization etc.?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
