hi michael, it should be the left output - this is a convention found in many synths. btw: does the chorus of the 5000 sound like a waterfall close by as with my cz-1? > if i want to use the cz as a mono instrument, which out is the mono one? i know it shouldn't matter as long as i don't use the chorus, but i'd still like to know which one of the outs was meant by casio to function as mono-output... hellmuth
