I have not seen any schemas of those but by looking those pictures of opened carts they seem to contain 1 memory chip (sram?) with battery backup , one TTL-chip (address decoder?) and some passives (condensators+resistors). And some dip-switches for banking logic. Nothing special on those,should be ralitively easy to design from scratch. i think.. Allthough it may well be more difficult, as I have no idea what kind communication there is between Cartridge and Synth. So, anyone synth+cart owner having time/equpment to snoop around using logic analyzer and acope?
