CZ5000 History request

Hello all, New member here. Does anyone know the history of the CZ5000, such as when it first came out? or How many versions of it are there? I have one that was purchased in 1984 new and has had very very little use. I would like to use it it to learn keyboard and was wondering if anyone can recommend tutoring software and any connectivity hardware (for my PC) that I would need to use this to teach me. Hopefully this unit is not too old. Thanks for your help, Ken
