Hi!! Is there any midi software that will work with VZ-1 without trouble?? I was able to send my patches from synth to computer using that software from ezee-vezee site, but I can't load it back?? I've tried MIDI-OX but that didn't work either. I don't know the settings for VZ-1. Can anyone help me and send me some info, or software that works?? Thanx!! Alen

Since MIDI-ox is not working - I would be interested in knowing whether the VZ1 has the handshaking mechanism that the FZ1 has. I have details of how to bypass this for the CZ101/1000 but not for the FZ1,although I have all the blurb as to how it works.If the VZ1 is like the FZ1 in its comms - odds on MIDI-ox won't work even using the process I have for the CZ series. --- On Sun, 22/5/11, analogfreak2005@... <analogfreak2005@...m> wrote:

A few quick observations: A few years ago I played around with an Atari VZ Editor using STeam on an XP PC. You can find out more info from the archives. (Try searching for Atari or Steam or Steem.) This info might or might not be helpful in transferring banks back into the VZ: http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/CZsynth/message/2289 .
