Could someone tell me where I'll find the Cakewalk *.ins file for VZ-1 ?

Or upload to the "CZsynth Group" for sharing ? ^_^

I scoured the net for you& ;but couldn't find it either. 
As a last resort, follow this link& ;to& ;create it yourself: 
http://www.cakewalk.com/Support/Docs/InstrumentDef.html& ; 
If you DO create it yourself, you may also want to post it on Cakewalks Instrument Definition files (ftp://ftp.cakewalk.com/pub/InstrumentDefinitions/) as a backup for yourself and for others to use too.& ; ;-)
