Re: Cymbal Pad PCY65S Won't Work!!!....Part 2

2002-11-24 by liberatusvirus

Call your dealer for a new pad. You shouldn't have to fix anything
on a brand new kit. If your dealer gives you trouble, or it looks
like you might have to wait for the replacement to come, you can try
contacting Denise S. (I've forgotten her last name) at Yamaha, Band
& Orchestral Division, 3445 East Paris, S.E., Grand Rapids MI 49512--
616.940.4949. The number may not be exactly right, but you should
be able to get someone who can redirect you to an electronic drums
rep. I think Denise was the one who got me a new kick pad when mine
failed. First she sent me a new piezo and when that didn't work, a
whole new tower--by 2d day air. They never even tried to get the
original pad back. I hope this info works, if you need it.
Hopefully, the dealer will come through, and fast.
