Hi Sistan was a great alternative to HCA (Hypo Clearing Agent) as it was done in one step and if one followed a good archival technique (two fixers, double wash) the results where pretty impressive. Added to that, you could still use selenium toning after the complete treatment to improve the archival quality. I did a lot of selenium, a lot of Sistan but not both.
