Archival color does come up here as a topic since some people do use color
ink sets to print B&W or monochrome images. However, for what you are
looking for I suggest that you check out the Archival Color group at:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/archivalcolor/

It is moderated by Antonis Ricos my co-moderator of this group and you will
find a lot of other familiar names as well.
