Second, complaining about not getting the service you required from a list where all contributions are free serves no purpose except to make you look like a complainer. Try rephrasing your query, especially in the 'Subject' line, asking the same question on other lists or NG's (but not by cross-posting) if you strike out on one, and searching the FAQ's and other on-line resources available through Google and the other engines, and the hardware-software mfgr's websites.
